Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Lead Router ("the Service," "we," "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Lead Router is a lead management and routing platform that receives inbound leads from Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Lead Ads, routes them to agents via configurable round-robin distribution, tracks pipeline stages, and integrates with third-party services including Stripe for payments and Calendly for appointment scheduling.

3. Accounts and Access

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Lead Data and Meta Integration

The Service processes lead data received from Meta Lead Ads, including names, email addresses, and phone numbers submitted by end users through Meta advertising forms. By connecting your Meta account:

• You represent that you have the legal right to receive and process such lead data.
• You are responsible for complying with Meta's Platform Terms and all applicable data protection laws governing the lead data you collect.
• We process lead data on your behalf as a data processor under your instruction.

5. Payments

Lead packages are purchased through Stripe. By making a purchase you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service. All charges are in USD. For refund requests, contact us at support@thepaultash.app.

6. Meta Conversions API (CAPI)

If you enable CAPI event forwarding, the Service will transmit conversion event data to Meta on your behalf. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have appropriate user consent and a lawful legal basis for sending such data under applicable laws, including GDPR, CCPA, and Meta's data use policies.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations.
• Transmit spam, unsolicited communications, or fraudulent lead data.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or compromise the security of the Service.
• Resell or sublicense access to the Service without our written permission.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Lead Router. Your data remains yours — we claim no ownership over lead data or content you import into the Service.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lead Router shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify active users of material changes via email.
